With experiences at some of the Jura’s leading estates (Stephane Tissot, Maison Pierre Overnoy) under their belts, Adeline Houillon and Renaud Bruyèye set up on the fringes of Pupillin where they have developed a cult following for their delicate nuanced wines based on the workhorse varieties Chardonnay, Savagnin and Ploussard.
