Boulanger & Allante

Christian Boulanger and Mathieu Allante’s winemaking project in the Jura’s Sud Revermont is, perhaps, the most exciting anywhere in France. With a focus on restoring old, unloved vineyard of sometimes forgotten Jura varieties (Petit Beclan anyone?) their wines are fascinating, delicious insights in to the old winemaking traditions.
