Chenin Blanc

A green-skinned variety native to France’s Loire Valley but that has been shown through DNA profiling to be an offspring of the Jura’s native Savagnin. In the hands of LOW-favourites like J-P Robinot and La Grapperie, this is a grape capable of producing some of the world’s most profound wines.
