Gian Piero farms one hectare of vines using biodynamic and no-till regenerative practices. His tiny plot is in Valtellina's most prestigious zone, the 'Sassella', known for its very shallow, gravelly soils and steep slopes. This tiny plot of land produces extremely expressive and healthy grapes from which Gian Piero is able to make this red nectar. Pure Nebbiolo essence.
