Do.T.E is the “experimental entity” started in Cortona by Filippo Calabresi that seeks to push the boundaries of Tuscan winemaking. Filippo’s aim is to look back towards traditions, now largely lost in Tuscany, to grow an esoteric assortment of grapes without the use of any synthetic products and make wildly original wines that are always a joy to drink.
