Domaine des Cavarodes

Etienne Thiebaud is the man behind the highly regarded Domaine des Cavarodes, who started out making his own natural wine in the village of Cramans, in the northern part of Jura back in 2007. Etienne is a true artisan using biodynamic farming practices determined by the lunar calendar and with his philosophy always being centred around making wine with as little intervention as possible.
