Domaine Mark Angeli
Mark Angeli set up shop in the Côteaux-du-Layon in 1990 where he’s since set about redefining the potential of the wines from his small corner of the Loire Valley, best known for producing tidal waves of dull sweet wines. Today he’s broadened the focus on his farm, with a keen eye on increasing biodiversity, and not only produces world-class wines but a rich variety of wheat flour and apples.
