Jean Francois Ganevat

From his home and cellar in the village of Rotalier in the Jura’s south, ‘Fan Fan’ as his friends call him produces some of the finest wines in all of France. His takes on the Jura’s local grapes are renowned for their delicacy and finesse, while recently he is producing an astonishing number of cuvees from further afield as part of his negociant project.
