Mosse
René Mosse was one of the Loire Valley’s second wave of natural winemakers, inspired by the likes of Thierry Puzelat to move from the world of selling wine on to making delicious, additive-free wines from 15 hectares of pristine vineyards around Saint-Lambert du Lattay in Anjou. Although he’s been retired from the day-to-day demands of the estate since 2018, the domaine has perhaps reached new heights under the direction of his sons, Joseph & Sylvestre, who have brought a decidedly youthful edge to proceedings after training with some of the world’s great naturally-leaning producers such as Fréd Cossard, Craig Hawkins and Yvon Metrás.
