Poulsard
The thin-skinned grape native to the Jura that’s given two names in that region. Ploussard (or Plou-Plou) in the confines of Pupillin, the winemaking hamlet that dubs itself the ‘The World Capital’ of the grape - and Poulsard for all of the same grapes planted everywhere else.
