Rita and Rudolph Trossen

Rita and Rudolph Trossen are pioneers in the Mosel and one of the first producers to farm using biodynamics in Germany, having started in 1978. The wines the produce from the steep slate slopes here are lean, chiselled and impossibly mineral.
