Roses de Jeanne

The Aube’s Cédric Bouchard is, by our reckoning, one of the most exciting winemakers working anywhere in the world. Flying in the face of long-held traditions in Champagne, Cédric only makes wine from a single vineyard and variety, in a single vintage. He allies this approach with an almost monk-like dedication in the cellar to produce champagne bottled with the lowest possible pressures, that drink more like Grand Cru burgundy than anything else in the region.
