Savagnin

A late-ripening white variety endemic to eastern France’s sub-alpine Jura region that we love here at LOW. This is capable of producing citrus-rich wines to rival those from the most storied vine-yards of nearby Burgundy as well as the singular Jurassien speciality vin jaune.
