The Davies brothers, Adam and Dani, are making some of Europe’s most exciting cider from their small shed in Powys’ Teme Valley. Their orchards are managed organically and those apples are processed without modern trickery, using ambient yeasts, to produce refreshing ciders packed with finesse that stand as anathema to the syrupy industrial swill which pervades.
