Terroir Al Limit

Terroir Al Limit was founded way back in 2001 by South African winemaker Eben Sadie, and a German wine enthusiast named Dominik Huber. Together they began to explore the wonderful decades-old vineyards of Catalunya’s Priorat focussing their efforts on re-introducing organic farming and hands-off winemaker to an area all too focussed on the missteps of modern oenology. Eben left to pursue his own projects in 2007 leaving Dominik behind to craft some of the finest boned, most elegant and soulful wines in Spain.
