Valentin Morel
Valentin Morel runs an estate responsible for making some of the most lifted, pure and exciting wines in the Jura. His family have deep roots in the small town of Poligny and it was his grandfather and father who first planted vines amongst the rolling hills and verdant forests that surround the town. Valentin joined them in 2014, after studying international law and training with the Alsace’s legendary Jean-Pierre Frick and Bruno Schueller, and he has shifted the whole production towards biodynamics and away from using excessive sulphur.
