Maria and Sepp Muster are a core component of Styria’s small band of forward-thinking natural winemakers. They’ve practiced biodynamics since taking over from Sepp’s parents in 2000 (incidentally no agricultural chemicals were used on the land prior to that) and now they are the greatest exponents of wines harnessing the region’s characteristic clay-silt opok soils.
