Delivery and Returns


Orders inside the UK


Parcels are sent via DPD and you will receive an email or text confirmation with tracking details once your order has been processed. 

Note - DPD Next Day is a Monday to Friday delivery service so if you require your order to be delivered on a Saturday please choose the DPD Saturday delivery option.

Orders under £50 will have a £5.99 delivery charge applied

We cannot guarantee next day delivery, due to the nature of shipping wine there can be breakages. If your parcel is delayed or you don't receive it please email us at and we'll be happy to look into it.

If you are gifting to a friend/delivery address where you will not be present, please forward the 'delivery slot' information you receive from DPD to the recipient. Low Intervention cannot be liable for failed deliveries. If we receive your order back to our warehouse we will notify you and have it redelivered to the same/another address of your choosing. This will incur a £12 redelivery charge. A refund will not be actioned.

Now shipping to Switzerland !

If you wish to place an order to Switzerland, please create and account on Low Intervention then email to let us know as we will need to enable your account to buy your wines tax free. We will then ship your order which you will need to pay Swiss taxes (once alerted by the courier) to clear for delivery. 

Orders outside of the UK

Please contact us directly for a quote. Given the complexity of shipping wine internationally, we will need to provide a bespoke price based on the requirements.


To be eligible for a return, please email us stating the issue with your item. Once we confirm it is a valid reason for a refund it be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery, if this time has been exceeded I'm afraid we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If we approve your refund a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

To return an unwanted package please contact us at and we can arrange a collection at a cost of £10. 

Missing Orders

If you do not receive your order within 72 hours after you have received your 'dispatched' alert, please contact us. If is not contacted within 10 days of the date your order was dispatched we will NOT be able to refund the full amount of the order/send a replacement order. Please check your tracking and let us know if there is an issue.
