HOW DO I SIGN UP TO LOW INTERVENTION?
Simply go to our subscriptions page and choose one of the four plans that best suits you.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We have four plans currently available at Low. The cheapest is £50. This plan ensures you are delivered 2-3 bottles of natural wine, every month, curated by our team. We also offer packages for £100 per month (4-6 bottles), £250 per month (6-8 bottles) and £500 per month (you tell us!).
WHAT DATE AM I CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
All subscribers are charged on the 1st of the month (if you are awaiting a new card please let us know and we can delay your billing until the new card arrives). We aim to deliver your package on the 15th of the month, depending on what day of the week that is, we'll always aim to have your package arrive Tuesday-Friday. As always with our orders, you will receive an email alert form the courier when your order is dispatched.
WHAT'S IN THE CASE?
Depending on your plan, you'll receive at least two bottles of wine, alongside our tasting notes and accompanied email from our wine buyer of how 'best' he enjoys the wines in your delivery.
WHAT WINE WILL I GET?
The aim of LOW is to help educate and inspire. We want you to try new wines, new flavours, new stuff! Every box is personally curated alongside your monthly tasting notes, enabling you to learn about each different wine, and their process as well as making your own personal notes about how you feel.
DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
When you place your first order, you will receive an order confirmation about your ongoing plan. We do not send out regular communications for every order, however we promise to contact to every single one of our customers personally to discuss the plan and the journey we're about to embark upon!
DO I GET TRACKING UPDATES?
Yes. All orders are sent via DPD (UK) and DHL (Europe) and we will send you tracking details for each order so you know when to expect your delivery.
CAN I CHANGE HOW OFTEN I GET DELIVERIES?
Yes. No problem. Just call or email us to say you'd like to space out your delivery (1 box every 2 months for example) and we will edit your plan accordingly.
RECEIVING AN EMAIL ALERT WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.
Our orders are usually dispatched between 3pm and 5pm (weekdays). If you have ordered after 1:30pm on the previous day, your order will not be dispatched until these times so we thank you for your patience. If however, your order has not been dispatched by 5pm the next day, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to track your parcels journey and update you accordingly.
SKIP, PAUSE OR CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
You can make changes to your plan at any time by getting in touch with us before the 1st of each month. We can skip a subscription, pause your subscription until you want to start up again, or (hopefully not!) cancel your LOW subscription.
UPDATE CARD DETAILS
If you need to update your billing information, please do so by logging into your account. From there, if you click on "Manage Subscriptions" and then "Billing Info", you can update your card details accordingly. Remember to click "Save" to make sure the new details are saved.
UPDATE ADDRESS DETAILS
Whether you're moving house or want your box sent to a different location (i.e work), we are happy to accommodate, assuming the shipping country is the same. Please contact us directly to amend your delivery details.
