A familial blend of skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) (Blanc is one of the parent grapes of Cabernet) that makes for a tough-to-categorise rosé (we reckon) of wildly herbal red berries that’s simultaneously sprightly fresh but textured. A brilliantly esoteric wine from two of Australia’s most forward-thinking winemakers.
