Trish Nelson worked with some of Italy’s best natural winemakers such as Cantina Giardino and Le Coste, before buying a small cottage and renting a few hectares of vines in the hills of Bolsena, above the lake of the same name. Her wines, made from local grapes grown over volcanic soils are ever radiant, bringing joy to whoever is lucky enough to enjoy a bottle.
