A true VDF with grapes sourced from all over France. We have Pinot Gris from Alsace, Grenache blanc from Provence, Melon from Loire, and Ploussard from Beguets vineyard. 20% of the white grapes had a short maceration. Vibrant and full of life with green apples, apricot, peach and other white fruits. A floral nose. Great acidity and lengthy finish.
