The ideal wine for dipping a toe in to the wonderful world of Jura oxidative winemaking. A wine that balances those sherry-esque notes of honey, nuts and salt with zesty citrus and a rich acidity. Whilst we’re not fans here at LOW of mandated pairings this would work very well alongside a big slab of Comté cheese.
