Claus Preisinger has been working biodynamically near the shores of Lake Neusiedlersee in Burgenland for over a decade and now farms nineteen hectares across over sixty parcels. The attention to detail is still there though. This field blend of Weissburgunder, Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Muskat spent four days on skins and was aged in a combination of old barrels and terracotta anfora. It's pithy and fragrant, with a beautiful textural component and clean, chalky tannins.
