If we’re honest, it’s usually hard to get excited about Côtes du Rhône red blends made by co-operatives but this, from perhaps the only co-op project in France worthy of any attention, changes all of that. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah which drinks with real purity (no oak, just concrete, is involved in making it) and such easygoing depth.
