Poulsard from En Curon and La Mailloche, vinified Alice-style, with a long maceration and very little pigeage. From this cooler vintage this is remarkably light on its feet, gliding across the palate with plenty of red fruits, minerals and spice. A beautiful take on one of our favourite grapes.
