This sparkling rose from Roberto Maestri is based on a gentle pressing of Lambrusco Salamino grapes. Roberto adds a little must to cause a second fermentation in the bottle and the wine isn't disgorged. The resulting wine is a beautiful cloudy pink, with a gentle fizz and refreshing flavours of blood orange and spice.
