We’ve never visited husband and wife team Tim Webber and Monique Milton’s farm Manon, but from what we’ve seen, it sure looks like heaven. The two are renowned farmers and from their little plot of land in the highest part of the Adelaide Hills they are making some of the most exciting wines in Australia.
