Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese. This comes from old alberelli vines in Porcaria Cru and is distinguished by dark berries, ripe currants and rose accents, surrounded by mild oxidative tones. It has the power as well as refined elegance that the balanced vintages have when everything falls into place. A superb wine !
