This is a very experimental blend of Grüner and Scheurebe from the Schödl family. It was made via semi-carbonic maceration on the grapes' skins for around a week in stainless steel, then it was pressed off into acacia and old oak barrels to hang out for around six months. A tropical white and green fruit party, with dusty, loess-like minerality giving it some seriousness in structure. A really fun white wine !
