Anders has an uncanny knack of sniffing out producers growing the best fruit and nowhere is that more true than in the grapes he buys from the Bannwarth family in the Alsace. This is a deeply complex blend of their pristine Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer that marries those grapes characters of floral citrus and spice with a gentle oxidation.

Anders Frederik Steen

Anders Frederik Steen used to be a sommelier in his native Denmark, responsible for writing some of the best wine lists in the world at places like Relae, Manfreds and Noma. A few years ago he began making a handful of one-off wines with legendary nomadic producer Jean-Marc Brignot and the rest as they say, is history.
