The coolest of Christoph and Alex’s plots of Pinot Noir (we’re a little more east-facing here meaning it only really sees the most of the gentle morning sun) yields a wine that’s a little bit more vibrant, perhaps more juicy than we’re used to from these two. A partial Beaujolais-style fermentation means this will really leap out of the glass.
