The northernmost tip of Switzerland isn’t the first place that springs to mind when we think of world-class sparkling wines; but it’s from this surprisingly flat, fertile land that Markus Ruch has produced what we think could be one of our favourite releases of the year. This is packed to the brim with pert fruit and such fine bubbles.
