From a hot, dry vintage this is a more robust and intense take on their Bianco. A Procanico of great structure, with a savoury spice and rich orchard fruits that will provide complexity and interest for years to come. To watch a magnum of this open up over the course of an evening is a real treat indeed.
Le Coste
Clementine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi met in France while working for the legendary Gerard Schueller in Alsace. After years working with some of France’s top producers, they decided to move back Gianmarco’s village of Gradoli on the shores of Lake Bolsena in Lazio’s north and apply what they had learnt to the local grapes that grow on the regions lively volcanic soils. These two are responsible for some of the most original and delicious wines we have tried.
