From a vineyard that Clementine and Gianmarco planted themselves when they decided to make wine here, using all the knowledge they had gained during their time spent working with legends of the natural wine world in France. The vines are planted at an extreme density, so despite their relative youth, they are able to produce intense, complex fruit. A blend of Procanico and local varieties, from this cooler vintage this wine has delicate scents and glides effortlessly across the palate.

Le Coste

Clementine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi met in France while working for the legendary Gerard Schueller in Alsace. After years working with some of France’s top producers, they decided to move back Gianmarco’s village of Gradoli on the shores of Lake Bolsena in Lazio’s north and apply what they had learnt to the local grapes that grow on the regions lively volcanic soils. These two are responsible for some of the most original and delicious wines we have tried.
