Rich, ripe Savagnin which doesn’t fall in to the trap of becoming overbearing but keeps a rare freshness at its centre. This is a riff on the Jura’s emblematic white grape that shows all of this variety’s aromatic jasmine-inflected white fruit and age-worthy potential.

Les Bottes Rouges

Domaine Les Bottes Rouges (The Red Boots) was started by Arbois-based special needs teacher Jean-Baptiste Menigoz after becoming infatuated with natural winemaking through his friend Raphael Monnier (one half of LOW-favourite Jura growers Ratapoil). He has steadily increased the size of the estate to 7 hectares since his first vintage and has now been joined by Florien Snuverik, a Dutch national similarly obsessed with Jurassien natural winemaking, and together they continue this estate’s well-established experimental bent.
