Absolutely one of our favourite interpretations of Jura Pinot Noir in existence. This is made using fruit from two vineyards that, after pressing, sees the majority of ageing in stainless steel tanks (the rest goes in to big, old barrels) which keeps a vibrancy and freshness to the rich red fruits at the wine’s core.

Les Bottes Rouges
Domaine Les Bottes Rouges (The Red Boots) was started by Arbois-based special needs teacher Jean-Baptiste Menigoz after becoming infatuated with natural winemaking through his friend Raphael Monnier (one half of LOW-favourite Jura growers Ratapoil). He has steadily increased the size of the estate to 7 hectares since his first vintage and has now been joined by Florien Snuverik, a Dutch national similarly obsessed with Jurassien natural winemaking, and together they continue this estate’s well-established experimental bent.
