A rare long, hot summer in the Jura has left its mark in what is perhaps Fanfan Ganevat’s most prized riff on the thin-skinned, delicately-coloured Jura red grape Poulsard. Despite the alcohol hitting an unusually high 13.5%, there’s still plenty of freshness and refreshing red fruit to match the amped-up body.
