This cuvée comes from a plot recently acquired by the estate and in the process of being certified as organic. The old Chardonnay vines are planted at a place called Les Varrons. Pale golden in the glass, Les Varrons conjures up notes of peach, quince and citrus, underlined by a saline undertone. The dense, mineral mouth stretches into a long finish. A wine to evolve in the cellar for a few years.
