Whilst we wish more winemakers in this part of the world would turn their hand to making this kind of fun, bright nouveau style wine, we’re not sure how many would have the skill to carry it off this easily. Big, juicy fruit, with the merest hint of darkness and tannin, in need of a proper chill before opening.
