It’s a real bonus that Gianmarco & Clementine are not only some of our favourite winemakers, but our favourite olive oil producers too. 2020’s harvest was another miraculously good one which has left this fruitier than in previous years, but still with layers and layers of detail sitting beneath. As ever, only tiny quantities available.

Clementine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi met in France while working for the legendary Gerard Schueller in Alsace. After years working with some of France’s top producers, they decided to move back Gianmarco’s village of Gradoli on the shores of Lake Bolsena in Lazio’s north and apply what they had learnt to the local grapes that grow on the regions lively volcanic soils. These two are responsible for some of the most original and delicious wines we have tried.
