Handpicked Rkatsiteli ( a rare georgian variety ) grown in the village of Bakurtsikhe. Fermented in qvevri which are lined with beeswax and then sunk into the ground. This is an oxidative, unique style wine with aromas of raw honey, walnuts, and lightly dried apricots merge with a tannic palate.
