Tom Lubbe continues to make some of the most exciting wines in the south west of France and this is no different. A blend of Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris and Macabeo, co-fermented as whole bunches for ten days, before being pressed off to rest. The aromas of fruit, herbs and spice really jump out of the glass here, making for a charming wine that's impossible to put down.
