A blend of quintessentially southern Italian varieties - Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia and Coda di Volpe - from young vines deep in the Campania countryside. Two weeks of maceration brings fleshy fruit and gentle colour to what is otherwise a wine full of energy.
Vigneti Tardis is the collaboration between Jack Lewens, a London restauranteur and ex-sommelier, and Bruno de Conciliis, native Campanian and winemaker. Since 2017 this unlikely duo have set about creating modern, refreshing wines using Campanian native varieties (Aglianico, Coda di Volpe, Fiano, Aglianicone) farmed organically and vinified simply, using just a touch of sulphites at bottling and fining with clay.
