A blend of Falanghina and Trebbiano from a sprawling mixed culture, biodynamic farm in the largely forgotten region of Molise in south-eastern Italy. A little bit of maceration (just 5 days for 50% of the fruit) leaves a little grippy edge to a wine packed with ripe, honied quince and apple fruit with immaculately judged acidity playing a perfect supporting role.
