Pinot Blanc from the Bannwarth family in Obermorschwihr, Alsace. The grapes were pressed directly and fermented in cuve outside over six months before being pressed to old barriques for two and a half years of élevage. Complex and heady, there is a lovely richness to the fruit, with white flowers and green citrus leading to a long, salty finish.
