This is a mega-blend that comprises every red & white grape grown by Gerald and Anders in Valvignières in the Ardèche. Two years of ageing in big, old casks has left this with a decidedly relaxed quality despite dark black fruits and a pronounced earthiness.

Anders Frederik Steen
Anders Frederik Steen used to be a sommelier in his native Denmark, responsible for writing some of the best wine lists in the world at places like Relae, Manfreds and Noma. A few years ago he began making a handful of one-off wines with legendary nomadic producer Jean-Marc Brignot and the rest as they say, is history. He now lives with his family in the village of Valvignères in the Ardèche, producing highly original wines from some of the region’s most beautiful vineyards.
